I like photographing flowers. They don't get shy and hide behind the couch like my granddaughter does. The just
wait patiently for me to meter, focus, and shoot.

Flutter-by makes more sense than "butterfly" doesn't it? Returning from a trip to Memphis, we
stopped at Parkin
Archeological State Park in Arkansas. We arrived at noon on a Sunday, an hour before the park opened, so we sat in the
car, eating froglegs from the deli in the gas station in the town, and watched the flutter-bys nipping at the flowers.
